David Polimeros is a Financial Advisor with Financial Servicenter.
Dave has very deep and broad experience helping people achieve their goals. . . ranging from helping Fortune 500 executives improve their businesses, to families focused on sending their children to college or having a comfortable retirement that includes escaping Chicago's winter after spending time spoiling your grandchildren.
The foundation of Dave's work starts with building your plan--after listening, and making sure he understands what is most important to you and your family. He then monitors, manages, and refines your plan over time as your desires and situation change.
Dave has been using this approach for over 20 years, originally with Ernst & Young's Performance Improvement Consulting business, then with IBM Global Services, and since 2002 as a self-employed business owner. One of Dave's early successes included helping the owner of a 12 person nursing home consulting firm grow his business into a 4,000 employee diversified health care services firm in six years.
Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Dave moved to Chicago over 20 years ago and it has become his home. His formal education includes a B.S./B.A. with a double major in Finance & International Business from Bowling Green State University, and an M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University. After graduating from Bowling Green, he started his career with Dun & Bradstreet as a Financial Analyst, then worked in Marketing with General Electric before getting into what he refers to as "Advanced Problem Solving", aka consulting with Ernst & Young, then IBM, and subsequently on his own--continuing that work today as a Financial Advisor to individuals and families.
He, his wife Jess and young son Chase enjoy the wide variety of activities and events throughout the summers and holiday seasons in Chicago. During the summer months they also enjoy spending time with family in and around Grand Rapids, MI participating in boating, cookouts, and water activities on the beautiful lakes.
Occasionally while visiting Grand Rapids, Chase will also get to feed the cows and ride on the tractors at his uncle's farm--something most city boys don't get to do. However, each Sunday morning it is not hard to find Dave, Jess and Chase--they will be with their friends at Moody Church, where the family are active members.
