Client Services Associate & "Director of First Impressions"

Liz strives to welcome each client with warmth, respect, and a smile. As our “Director of First Impressions” Liz embodies FSC’s values of family, trust, and fulfilment, setting the tone for each client’s experience. Her role is key to helping clients feel comfortable and welcome as they pursue their personal success and prosperity with our team and takes both her position and the happiness of others to heart.

Liz joined Financial ServiCenter in January 2022 as a Client Services Associate. Previously, Liz worked in the Transportation Industry, specializing in Accounting, Financing, & Insurance. She has over 14 years of experience in providing clients with excellent customer service. Liz earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Marketing from Benedictine University, Lisle, IL.

Currently, Liz, her husband, Brett, and their dog, Axel, and cat, Calypso live in New Lenox. She likes to spend her free time reading good thrillers/horror books, attending concerts in Chicago to see her favorite bands, and hanging out on their back patio grilling with friends & family.
