JoAnn Stellwagen

JoAnn enjoys helping client’s tax prep & filing process go smoothly with her attention to detail and accuracy of processing & organizing client's tax returns.  Additionally, she really appreciates meeting and talking with the clients while she is at the front desk as her goal is to always help deliver excellent customer service for our clients.

JoAnn joined Financial ServiCenter in 2015, and is currently a tax processor, double checking to make sure required signature pages and other forms, if needed, are included in each client's tax folder to facilitate a smooth completion of the tax process. She received her Associate's degree in Business Management from Joliet Junior College and has worked in the fields of customer service and sales for many years, including being the Manager of the former Lincoln-Way Multiple Listing Service.

JoAnn takes great pride in her community and has volunteered her time and talents to many organizations, including being Past President of the Lincoln-Way Business and Professional Women's Club. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the New Lenox Area Historical society as well as a member of the Joliet and the Mokena Garden Clubs and two car clubs.

JoAnn and her husband Neil, live in New Lenox. You can find her tending to her gardens during her free time, and she & Neil enjoy cruising the back roads in their '55 Chevy.
