Mary Flores

Mary is the consummate professional, always looking for ways to help and provide support wherever it is needed. Her service mindset has been clear during her career. She enjoys being the “fixer” of all types of tax preparation, software, computer hardware, or process hurdles that can get in the way of providing exceptional service to clients.

Prior to joining Financial ServiCenter in 2005, Mary worked at AT&T for 26 years within their Information Technology organization. Her roles included supporting the Bell companies, AT&T’s Material Planning & Purchasing department and as an IT manager. Her department was outsourced to IBM, and she continued with IBM for several years as an IT manager before joining FSC.

Since joining Financial ServiCenter Mary has served in a broad range of roles including tax consulting, preparation, checking & processing returns. She has been our point person with computer hardware and software, as well as helping train new team members. Mary graduated from Illinois Benedictine University, with a degree in Business Management, and earned a Materials Requirements Management Certificate from Harper College, in addition to various business management and IT courses while with AT&T.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with children and grandchildren & friends, along with traveling, gardening and reading, and going for walks with Frankie, her 9-month old puppy.
