  • A List of Liabilities (mortgages, charge cards, vehicle loans, student loans, etc. and their approximate monthly payments and rates)

  • All Insurance Policies (e.g. Life, Disability, Extended Care, Health)

  • Social Security Statement (if you have a recent one)

  • Tax Returns from the previous year

*Please don’t cancel the appointment if you’re missing an item or two.  Just note those items as missing.

Be sure to share with us your goals so we can help you clarify your objectives and set priorities.  We’ll discuss important issues in your life, such as the state of your health, your career, your relationships, your plans for retirement, your personal values and tolerances for risk.  We want to help guide you on the path to your goals.

And, of course, bring us any financial questions and concerns you have.  We’re happy to answer them or direct you to the right source.
